Sending the form asks for a time. It does not reserve one. The clinic confirms a time separately, subject to the day’s list. A typical consultation at Chittaranjan Clinic is ₹500; the fee can change, and hospital visits follow that hospital’s own charges and registration.

Consultations are at Chittaranjan Clinic, New Alipore. Clinic hours: Monday–Saturday, 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Contact the clinic to confirm your appointment before travelling.
